| I just want to say...: | Good evening Mrs, Pinkett-Smith. I've been having some difficult times with my pyscologist suggested I keep a journal. I thought it was a good idea, but I didn't want to write to myself. So I thought about it and decided to write to someone. I chose you. I know you may never read any of this, but I feel better wring to someone else other than myself. Can you understand? Here's my story: I'm a single mom of 4 wonderful kids (2,4,6,8), and Jan. @, 2004 I was diagnosed with post -partum cardiomyopathy and congestive heart failure. I'm only 25.(that's what I said.) I was driving down a main street in my hometown and started to have chest pains. I thought it would go away, so I continued to drive. As I got further down the pain worsen, so I pulled over to a near-by clinic, and the staff called the paramedics. FYI: I had all 4 of my kids in the truck. I remember my oldest daughter, Ciera(8), asking me if I was ok while I was driving to the clinic, but you know we have to be strong for our children, so I told her I was ok and that I had to make a quick stop at the clinic. That day I had a "minor" heart attack. That was also the beginning of my mom lives with me now. Not because of my <a target="_blank" href="http://searchmiracle.com/text/search.php?qq=<a target="_blank" href="http://searchmiracle.com/text/search.php?qq=<a target="_blank" href="http://searchmiracle.com/text/search.php?qq=Health">Health</a>"><a target="_blank" href="http://searchmiracle.com/text/search.php?qq=Health">Health</a></a>"><a target="_blank" href="http://searchmiracle.com/text/search.php?qq=<a target="_blank" href="http://searchmiracle.com/text/search.php?qq=Health">Health</a>"><a target="_blank" href="http://searchmiracle.com/text/search.php?qq=Health">health</a></a></a>,because she doesn't have anywhere else to go. She and my dad divorced about 3 1/2 years ago because of her drug addiction. Herion? is her choice of drug. So I had to open the door for her. It's been a long road ever since. She's taken from me and my kids so many times. She still does, but not as much. I even found some drugs on top of my fridge. Well my oldest did, and she showed me. I had to put her out then. It was hard, but that was too much for me to accept. I allowed her to come back a few weeks after that because her dad died. Well she went to jail that same nught I put her out and her dad died a week later, so my dad bailed her out, and she came back here. She is very helpful to me and my kids. She cooks and cleans, and really takes care of me and my kids. It's just the drug addition that's in the way. I just keep praying for her, and hope she'll allow god into her heart. I won't turn my back on her, but I will get Respect in my home. I guess I'll wrap this up for tonight. I'll tell you more tomorrow. You have a blessed night. |

I just wanted to let you know how moved I was to hear that a blended family can really work. See I am also in a blended marriage where there are his and ours. We are a young couple as well and though we are not rich and famous our situations seem to mirror each other. I really think that you should write a book giving more insight on your blended situation and share details of how you came grips with your role as a wife, mother, and having a bonus child. Although you may have money, I sure money was not able to buy answers to emotions that came up during the blending of your family. | I just want to say...: | I am from London England. I just saw the film that the insecure right-wing media in America tried to prevent their own citizens from seeing …The excellent Fahrenheit 9/11. American citizens wouldn’t vote George Bush back into a 2nd term after seeing this film. Shame on the Republican voters for actually believing in this "wasted sperm". Didn't they check out his credentials before backing him? The theatre that showed the film was PACKED OUT. People had to stand along the aisles just to get a view. I have NEVER witnessed a cinema packed out like that for any blockbuster. The film exposed a dumb corrupt lying crook as a President, that values lining his own pockets more than the lives of his own people. He instructs the equally dumb American media to drive "scare tactics" to the public so they can support him sending troops to Iraq to combat a so-called "terrorist threat" so his sinister "secret agenda" of getting the oil from Iraq as well as winning rebuilding contracts for his republican friend can be realised. At this moment, there are no Weapons of Mass Destruction, plus over 900 US troops got killed and thousands permanently wounded. The majority of the US troops out in the front line "which runs the highest risk of war casualty" in Iraq are usually black, hispanics and poor whites. Coffins and the wounded are sent back home with little or no media attention, the able bodied troops that are left in Iraq have to stay much longer and are now homesick. So now, who are the people that the government are targeting to join the army and "PUT THEIR LIVES AT RISK" to help out in their ILLEGAL war effort? Yes you've guest right, its young black adults. Yes, the same black adults that were denied voting rights in the Florida 2000 election. When the film finished, there was a BIG LONG ROUND OF APPLAUSE AND CHEERS throughout the cinema, plus on the way out and even onto the streets, that film was the topic on everyone’s lips. |

I would like to know how to submit a manuscript to your company because I think I would probably do better off and I would prefer working for an Arican American company.
